Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Important Notice
We are fully booked through to June, and no additional appointments are being accepted at this time.
All gift vouchers remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and will be honoured once bookings reopen.
If Head Spa appointments are not available, vouchers may be redeemed toward our Head Spa training services or product range.
We will announce when bookings reopen via our website and social media platforms. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. This voucher is valid for one use only and can be redeemed toward services, training, or products offered by JM Head & Body Spa up to the value stated on the voucher.
2. Gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
3. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
4. This voucher must be presented (physical or digital copy) at the time of redemption.
5. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Voucher holders will be able to book once appointments reopen.
6. JM Head & Body Spa is currently not accepting new Head Spa bookings. Vouchers will be honoured when bookings resume or can be used toward training or products.
7. JM Head & Body Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, including for health and safety reasons.
8. Some services or training may incur additional charges depending on requirements. Please refer to our website for full pricing details.
9. Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the voucher being forfeited.
10. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. No-shows will result in the voucher being void.
11. JM Head & Body Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers should be treated as cash.
12. This voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise stated.
13. Services, training, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
14. JM Head & Body Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
