Once payment is received, we’ll create and send your personalized digital voucher within 15–30 minutes.

Terms & Conditions
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
- Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Promotional, giveaway, or special offer vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- A physical or digital copy of the voucher must be presented at the time of your appointment.
- Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please mention your voucher when booking.
- We are unable to treat clients who are pregnant due to health and safety regulations.
- Some head spa treatments may incur additional charges for medium to extra-long hair. Please refer to our Hair Length Guide and Pricing
for details.
- Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. No-shows will void the voucher.
- JM Head & Body Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Please treat your voucher like cash.
- Services, treatments, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Please check our website for the latest updates.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise stated.
